Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of most items being made-to-order; we do not accept returns or exchanges unless faulty. This will be assessed if you believe your item is faulty, and a replacement will be organised. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. Please make sure you choose the correct size, as each item is made to order and we do not hold large amounts of stock on hand. 


Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

New Zealand:

$7.00 shipping for orders under $150

To avoid delays with your order being processed, please make sure you select the correct shipping method.

Delivery via courier 2-4 business days once dispatched, please allow extra days for rural delivery. NZ shipping is all sent via courier and tracked.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been picked up, it is now in the hands of the couriers. We have no control on the whereabouts once it has been collected. Please contact the courier company directly as to the whereabouts of your parcel if it exceeds 2-4 working days for urban, and 3-5 working days for rural.

Pick ups: We do not currently allow pick ups, this is something we will look to do in the future. 

Australia:

$30 flat shipping rate for all orders.

Delivery 7 -15 working days for all orders.

Worldwide:

Please enquire if you like outside of New Zealand or Australia for a custom shipping quote.

International deliveries:

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. 

International orders are not tracked.

 

Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

  

Exchange and refund policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind. If there is a fault with the product, we will meet consumer rights and happily exchange or refund your item and we will cover the postage cost for you too. As each item is made-to-order, no returns are accepted unless the garment/print is faulty.
