I'm going to be featuring some gorgeous peeps on my blog that I feel really embrace the Me brand. So to give you a little insight into their lives I've put together a few questions.
First up...The beautiful Olivia from ollyandbruno on Instagram, follow her if you don't already.
Here is a little bit about Olivia...I'm a 22 years old, married to Esmay my chocolate man. After 3 years dating and 2 years of marriage, our little caramel came to be. Bruno Lucas Redman was born on February 24th 2017.
For my me time, I love to go out with friends. I'm a social butterfly, so to have a few hours enjoying some wine and good food with my girls is the best therapy. If I can't be bothered venturing out, I love to put my feet up and watch a movie.
I'm terrified of heights. I wouldn't rock climb or abseil even if I was paid! Oh and earthquakes. No matter how small, I'll always jump under the table. My hubby thinks it's hilarious.
My party trick, would be that I'm weirdly talented at arm wrestling. I can beat most girls and a few boys (although they won't admit it) 😏
My go to meal would have to be chicken wraps! Easy to whip up and you can pack them full of healthy goodies. Other then that, a king sized block of choccy goes down a treat too 😜
Top 5 beauty products I can't live without:
I only wear makeup when I can be bothered, so my daily routine just includes mascara, concealer (those mum under eye bags aren't forgiving) and an eyebrow pencil.
Besides those, I can't go without a good face moisturiser (love the one by Sukin) and my trusty Bondi Sands fake tan. I'm about as white as a plucked chicken in winter, so I always have this on hand!
Signature scent is Flower Bomb by Victor and Rolf.
My guilty pleasure.. where do I even start? I have too many! 😜Chocolate would be the first thing that comes to mind. I have zero self control when it comes to that sweet sweet goodness. I can demoilish a king sized block in one sitting, no sweat. Basically anything choc flavoured I'd be down for.. biscuits, cake, icecream, you name it!
I'm not a big reader but when I do read, you'll always find me reaching for a good thriller. Gone Girl was a great read!
Movie title of my life would have to be "Starting Young." I never dreamed I would be married with a baby at 22 but God had other plans. I'm so glad my life has panned out the way it has though, I wouldn't have it any other way!
Life motto would be to train your mind to see the good in every situation. It's so easy to become discontent when you see how others live. I know this has been a real struggle for me since joining the Instagram scene. So many mums lead such glamorous lives, with beautiful furniture and expensive clothing for both them and their children and it used to get me down. We are only young, so we aren't at that stage yet. I just came to realise that it's important to be happy with what you have. I've been blessed with a beautiful family.. what more could I want? Life is short.. don't waste it wishing you always have more because you'll never find happiness that way. It's only temporary 👌
I love the 'Me' brand because of what it stands for. It's so important for women to be happy in their own skin and feel confident about themselves. It's also a bonus that the designs are beautiful and super wearable/comfy ✌️
